Villa Restaurant Group (VRG) is a multi-brand, multi-concept restaurant group specializing in quick-service and full-service restaurants across corporate and franchise operations. We are currently hiring an Hourly Assistant Manager to join our team.

The Opportunity

As an Hourly Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations and support the team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll help ensure the restaurant runs smoothly while maintaining company standards for service, food quality, cleanliness, and safety.

What You'll Do

• Assist the General Manager with daily restaurant operations
• Supervise, coach, and support Team Members
• Train and develop employees to meet company standards
• Help ensure excellent guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally
• Support food safety, sanitation, and company standards
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and cost controls
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant
• Lead by example and provide hands-on support during busy periods
• Help create a positive and team-oriented work environment

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of restaurant supervisory or management experience; quick-service experience preferred
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to lead by example and work hands-on with the team
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• ServSafe certification is a plus, but not required
