What we're looking for

• You've done hands-on care. CNA or PCA certification with 5 years of experience preferred. That's the part of this job that can't be learned at a desk — you'll be deciding which caregiver goes to which client, and running skills checks for new hires in our office.
• Also:
• Comfortable learning scheduling software
• Steady when four people call out before 8 a.m.
• Warm on the phone with caregivers and with families
• Organized enough to track a hundred moving pieces
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance

What you will do:

• Build and manage the daily schedule for about 90 clients and growing
• Fill open shifts quickly when a caregiver calls out
• Keep caregiver availability and credentials current
• Run hands-on skills checks for new caregivers
• Review completed shifts each week for billing accuracy
