Hematology/Oncology Physician (MD/DO) - UNC Health Johnston - Smithfield, NC

UNC Health is seeking a Hematology/Oncology physician to join the COC-accredited oncology program at UNC Health Johnston in Smithfield, North Carolina. Required Qualifications

• MD, DO, or equivalent
• Eligible for medical licensure in North Carolina
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology

Education Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited school of medicine.
• Active member of the Rex Hospital Medical Staff, including meeting the Board Certification requirements.

Licensure/Certification Requirements:

• MD; DEA
• BLS

Professional Experience Requirements:

• Prefer prior experience in Oncology.

Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements:

• Language Skills: Should be able to communicate proficiently in English.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

• North Carolina Medical License, DEA License, BLS/ACLS certification preferred.
• Board certified in area of specialty.
