Job Duties

  • Must be computer literate and knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft Office Products, excellent communication skills and demonstrate effective utilization of exemplary interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to use basic office equipment and provide general administrative support.
  • Knowledge in the care of psychiatric rehab patients.
  • Knowledge of the CSBs, court hearings and process and knowledge of electronic health records; preferred.
  • Knowledge of hospital policies and procedures as well as recovery principles and trauma informed care.
  • Ability to act in the capacity of essential personnel during emergency/crisis situations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Previous clerical experience in mental health setting.
  • Experience in the care of psychiatric rehab patients.

Additional Considerations

  • Experience working with the CSBs and court hearings processes.
