5+ years of experience in healthcare administration, clinic operations, or medical office management. 2+ years of supervisory or management experience. Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards and operational best practices. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Professional-level English communication skills. Business-level Japanese proficiency preferred.
