Health Care Technician II: The Health Care Technician II (HCT) serves as a role model and mentor to other HCT I’s throughout the facility and provides quality care to patients on the Treatment Mall. As an essential member of a multidisciplinary care team, the HCT II practices therapeutic principles when providing care to the patients they serve. A typical day on the Hope and Wellness Center consists of interacting with patients and teammates. Teammates provide structured skill building activities and interaction in various settings throughout the day. While at the Hope and Wellness Center, patients receive structured skill building activities/group therapies based on their treatment planning goals.
Salary Range: $32,444- $48,665
*A Sign-on bonus of $2,500 may be offered to the successful applicant(s) of this posting, contingent on the 2025-2026 Budget Approval.

To qualify for the Sign-on Bonus, a newly hired permanent full-time or permanent part-time employee must work 30 to 40 hours per week to be eligible. Those who are eligible and working less than 40 hours a week will receive a prorated rate.
