Head of Revenue Operations

Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Head of Revenue Operations in our Boston or Nashville locations.

Role Purpose

The Head of Revenue Operations leads the systems, processes, and insights that help the business grow revenue predictably and make better commercial decisions. This role owns forecasting, reporting, CRM governance, sales analytics, incentive compensation, and performance management. It ensures leaders have accurate data, reliable insights, and efficient processes to improve sales performance and business results. Working closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, HR, Commercial Excellence, and Digital teams, this role creates a single source of truth for revenue performance and drives continuous improvement in forecasting, productivity, and execution.

What do you get to do in this position?

Revenue Operations Leadership

  • Define and lead the Revenue Operations strategy.
  • Build and improve commercial processes, tools and governance.
  • Simplify and standardize revenue-related operations.
  • Align Sales, Marketing, Finance and Commercial Excellence Teams.

Forecasting & Performance Management:

  • Own the revenue forecasting process.
  • Improve forecast accuracy and pipeline visibility.
  • Lead regular business reviews and performance reporting.
  • Identify revenue risks, opportunities and trends.

Data, Analytics & Reporting:

  • Develop and manage commercial reporting and dashboards.
  • Provide actionable insights on sales performance, productivity and revenue growth.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency and accessibility.

CRM & Commercial Systems:

  • Own CRM strategy, governance and user adoption.
  • Ensure systems and workflow support business goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement of commercial tools and technologies.
  • Partner with Digital & IT teams on enhancements and integrations.

Incentives & Productivity:

  • Oversee sales incentive compensation processes.
  • Partner with HR and Finance to align compensation with business priorities.
  • Analyze productivity and recommend performance improvements.
  • Support territory, quota and resource planning.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, Analysis, Finance or related fields.
  • Experience leading forecasting, CRM, reporting and performance management.
  • Proven ability to build scalable commercial operations.
  • Experience working in complex international organizations.
  • Strong track record of using data to drive business decisions.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 208,000 - USD 312,000 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
