Salary: $41,600 base

Location: Fort Benton, Montana

Relocation: Yes — $1,000 relocation assistance, plus an additional $1,000 after six months. Regional relocation preferred, but will consider all interested candidates.

The Grand Union Hotel is seeking a hands-on, energetic Head of Housekeeping to oversee the daily housekeeping operation at a historic small-town property. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, self-motivated hospitality professional who enjoys a close-knit community and takes pride in maintaining high property standards.

Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping or hospitality operations experience
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to manage staffing, scheduling, ordering, and inventory
• Comfortable living and working in a small-town environment
• Self-directed, dependable, and hands-on approach

Responsibilities:

• Oversee housekeeping and upkeep for 26 guest rooms
• Manage a direct assistant and seasonal team of approximately 10-12 employees
• Handle ordering, inventory, scheduling, training, and staff supervision
• Maintain room cleanliness, presentation, and cosmetic upkeep
• Ensure consistent standards throughout guest rooms and related areas
• Monitor supplies, coordinate maintenance needs, and support the overall guest experience
