Hampton community center - part-time facility manager

The Township of Hampton Department of Community Services is accepting applications for Part-time Facility Manager staff. This is a year-round position and depending on the season, weekly hours can be between 10-15 hours a week. The Community Center operates seven days a week, Monday-Sunday. Actual operating hours vary by season. Will be assigned to work a rotating shift schedule which includes weekends, certain holidays, and school breaks. Duties include but not limited to: overall facility supervision, rental host, rental set-up/tear-down, light custodial duties, service desk operation, and administrative paperwork.

Abilities: interpersonal communication, computer skills a must, follow written / verbal guidelines, pass drug test, secure/submit required background clearances. Seeking a mature, dependable, industrious, and responsible team member. Must be 18 years or older. Progressive hourly pay rate – starting payrate is $16.00/hour.
