Job Overview

This position will serve as the first point of contact for all guests who enter through the Corporate Office Main Entrance and Culture Hall. This role will be responsible for welcoming our guests upon arrival and showing them our Culture Hall; for creating a warm, welcoming, and highly hospitable environment, and for ensuring exceptional customer service is provided to all guests and business partners alike. In addition to greeting guests, this role will be accountable for anticipating needs, supporting a seamless check-in process, facilitating best-in-class meeting experiences and hospitality, and sharing the story of Coca-Cola Consolidated.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Serves as an ambassador of our culture; reflecting who we are and our values
• Stewards the story of Coca-Cola Consolidated – sharing our history, culture, and hosting guests through the Culture Hall
• Creating best-in-class first impressions; warmly greeting and assisting guests
• Assist all guests with sign-in procedure, notify internal hosts of guest arrivals, and help facilitate smooth transitions between meetings and events
• Cultivate and provide a hospitable environment for all guests during their time spent in the Culture Hall; ensure the entire area is kept orderly and clean, beverages stocked, etc.
• Assist guests with recommendations and reservations at local establishments upon request, as well as travel arrangements as needed
• Assist with the facilitation of on-site events and projects as needed.
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skill sets with the ability to anticipate needs
• Strong organizational & planning skills
• Proficiency with MS Word & Outlook
• Dependable, initiative, professional demeanor, and the ability to exercise sound judgment
• Ability to tell engaging stories about company history and culture
• Personable, energetic, and highly articulate
• Professional appearance with passion for hospitality and helping others. Ability to remain calm, poised and resourceful when handling unexpected guest issues.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Relevant work experience of 1 to up to 3 years

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4 years)
