Job Title: Project Manager with Healthcare Experience

Location: Detroit, MI

Duration: 12 + Months

Consultants local to MI required..... Green Card or US Citizen only required ..... Candidates must have an active LinkedIn. Must have strong BI and data warehousing background with Strong PM skills, (Agile, Waterfall, MS project etc), Scrum/Agile. Candidate wants local candidates. Healthcare is a big plus.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Strong and seasoned Project Manager with heavy focus on Agile methodology and ability to act as a SCRUM Master.
• Proven competence in analyzing business needs and working with cross functional (technical & non-technical) teams to identify requirements and deliver enterprise solutions.
• Experience leading a matrix project team to define, establish, and ensure completion of all program milestones while adhering to timelines and budgets.
• Proven experience managing projects at various levels of complexity using different Project Management Methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details a must.
• Thorough knowledge and understanding and proven experience in Software development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Prior experience with Data Movement and Integration or BI solutions.
• Prior experience leading Information Technology (IT) implementation projects.
• Experience in creating and managing detailed project plans for small to high complexity projects.
• Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Prior experience leading cross-functional teams which may consist of employees, contractors, and consulting partners.
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
• Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
• Minimizes exposure and risk on project.
• Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
• Tracks and reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis.
• Experience working with and managing 3rd party vendors on Project Deliverables.

Top Three Required Skills /Experience:

• Strong Agile Project Management and SCRUM Masters skills.
• Excellent analytical, logical reasoning, organizational, verbal and written communication skills and attention to details a must.
• Must be able to exhibit in relation to data integration and management.
• 3-5 years experience with Data Integration and Management solutions.
• Excellent consultative skills and must demonstrate ability to understand business needs, identify solutions based on those needs and build relationship with business partners and IT team.
• Self-starter and independent. Willing to do what it takes.
