There is exactly one place in the state of Mississippi where someone can walk in and buy a new 911. You would run it. Porsche Jackson is a boutique, single-point Porsche Center in a brand-new, Porsche-designed facility — a showroom, service drive, and client lounge built to the standard the badge deserves. No competing Porsche store anywhere in the state. No shared showroom. One of the most coveted brands in the world, a clean slate, and an owner family looking for a General Manager who will lead this store as if it were their own.

This is a relationship business, not a volume play: a six-figure average transaction, a loyal and growing client base across the Jackson metro and the entire state, and a lineup — 911, Taycan, Macan, Cayenne, Panamera, 718 — that people arrive already wanting. Your mandate is to build the store they never want to leave.

The role: you own the store

The General Manager has full P&L responsibility for Porsche Jackson — new, pre-owned and Porsche Approved CPO, finance, parts, service, and the client experience that ties it all together. You report directly to ownership.

You will:

• Own the number. Build and hit annual sales, gross, fixed-ops, and net profit targets, and know the why behind every line of the financial statement.
• Lead the team. Recruit, develop, and retain sales, service, and BDC talent that can speak to a Porsche client with confidence and warmth.
• Set the standard and hold it.
• Run the Porsche relationship. Own the dealer scorecard, Porsche Experience and CPO programs, allocation, and the factory relationship so that Jackson earns its share and then some.
• Protect the brand experience. From the first web lead to the fifth service visit, every touchpoint should feel like Porsche.
• Grow the market. Mississippi is a one-store state for Porsche. You will build the client base across Jackson, the Gulf Coast, Oxford, Hattiesburg, and the Delta, and convert the owners who currently drive out of state to buy.
• Partner with our in-house marketing team on marketing, events, and the Porsche 911 VIP Club so the store stays top of mind with the clients who matter.
• Live CLEAR. Lead with Clarity, Leadership, Excellence, Accountability, and Respect, and expect the same from every person in the building.

Who we are looking for

We are not hiring a résumé. We are hiring an operator with vision.

Must have:

• 5+ years as a General Manager, General Sales Manager, or Fixed Ops Director in a franchised dealership, with a track record of growing gross and net you can show us.
• Luxury or performance brand experience. Porsche is ideal.
• Fluency with the financial statement, CRM and DMS, inventory and allocation strategy, and fixed-ops absorption.
• A leadership style that builds loyal teams.

Nice to have:

• Experience opening or relaunching a store in a new facility.
• Porsche Dealer Academy, PCNA, or factory-relationship experience.
• Roots in Mississippi or the Southeast, or a genuine desire to put them down.

Compensation and benefits

Total compensation: $240,000–$300,000, structured as a competitive base plus a performance plan tied to store net profit, customer experience scores, and Porsche dealer standards. Top performers will land at the top of the range and we are open to a conversation beyond it for the right person.
