Pay Range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

• Finding, hiring, and developing Team Members and Shift Leads
• Conducting new hire orientation
• Developing the training plan for each new hire
• Scheduling and deploying the Team correctly
• Addressing performance issues
• Managing the restaurant budget and financial plans

Restaurant General Manager behaviors include:

• Ensuring the entire restaurant team is properly trained and developed
• Interacting well with customers, Taco Bell management, and the restaurant team
• Resolving conflicts in a timely and effective manner
• Make sure your team understands and acts on business priorities

Education and Certification:

For positions at Douglas County, Nebraska locations: Must possess, or obtain within 30 days of hire, Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) certification if designated as the restaurant’s CFPM and maintain the certification as a condition of employment.
