The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our Villa Italian Kitchen location at Westfield Southcenter in Seattle, WA. The General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant while leading and developing the team. This role will have a hands-on impact across guest service, hiring, training, scheduling, and financial performance/P&L management.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members
• Create and manage employee schedules
• Monitor sales, labor, food costs, and overall P&L performance
• Maintain company standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety
• Coach and motivate the team to achieve operational goals
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Take initiative and identify opportunities to improve restaurant performance
