General Manager | Sales & Operations

Ultimate Longevity Center • Fort Lee, NJ • Onsite

Base salary + commission + performance bonuses

What You’ll Do

• Drive membership sales, revenue growth, retention, and center profitability.
• Lead by example in consultations, follow-up, and closing sales.
• Recruit, train, and coach a team accountable for sales and service goals.
• Oversee daily operations, member onboarding, and service quality.
• Build local partnerships and generate leads through events and community outreach.
• Track performance, manage costs, and turn business goals into daily action.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of management experience, preferably in wellness, fitness, or hospitality.
• Proven success in personal sales, revenue growth, and team leadership.
• Confidence coaching sales teams, handling objections, and driving conversions.
• Strong organization, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• An accountable, proactive approach and enthusiasm for health, performance, and longevity.
