01st October, 2026 Location: Boston, MA. Salary: $130,000-$150,000 base + bonus. Benefits: Benefits package and relocation assistance available. Luxury private members club and restaurant seeks a General Manager to lead pre-opening, operations, service, and member experience.

Qualifications: Proven General Manager or equivalent senior leadership experience in luxury, fine dining, private club, or lifestyle hospitality. Strong restaurant operations expertise across P&L management, labor, cost control, staffing, service standards, and high-performing team leadership. Polished, hospitality-forward leader with strong VIP, member recognition, service recovery, restaurant, and bar/lounge experience. Private members club, pre-opening, major-market, and strong beverage experience are highly preferred.

Responsibilities: Lead pre-opening readiness and day-to-day operations for a new private members club, upscale restaurant, bar, and lounge. Recruit, train, coach, and develop management and hourly teams while establishing service standards, systems, procedures, and accountability. Oversee P&L performance, budgeting, labor, scheduling, cost controls, and operational efficiency. Deliver a highly personalized member and guest experience while partnering with culinary, beverage, events, marketing, and senior leadership.
