General Manager - Building Technologies & Security Solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations with full P&L responsibility.
• Drive revenue, profitability, and operational performance.
• Lead and develop sales, service, project, and installation teams.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure an exceptional client experience.
• Execute business strategies that support growth and operational excellence.
• Monitor key metrics and improve efficiency, accountability, and results.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership experience within physical security, access control, video surveillance, fire/life safety, building technologies, or AV integration.
• Proven success managing branch or regional operations with P&L responsibility.
• Strong financial, operational, and team leadership skills.
• Experience in project-based and service-driven environments.
• Track record of career progression, stability, and long-term success.
