We're Hiring: Gen AI Engineer (Mandarin Speaker)

Glint Tech Solutions is a women-owned, global IT staffing and recruiting firm. We're partnering with a leading enterprise client to hire a Gen AI Engineer for an onsite role in Phoenix, AZ.

Location: Phoenix, Arizona (Onsite)

Employment Type: W2

Language Requirement: Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required

ROLE OVERVIEW

You'll design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions using LLMs, Knowledge Graphs, RAG frameworks, and AI agents.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build intelligent applications powered by Large Language Models and AI agents
• Integrate Knowledge Graphs with LLMs for stronger reasoning and contextual responses
• Develop vector search and semantic retrieval solutions
• Optimize prompts and model performance
• Deploy scalable AI solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Work in Mandarin and English with stakeholders and team members

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

• Fluent Mandarin and professional English communication
• Strong Python programming
• Hands-on experience with LangChain / LangGraph
• Experience with Neo4j and Knowledge Graphs
• Experience with vector databases and RAG frameworks
• Prompt engineering and NLP
• Solid understanding of Generative AI architectures
• Cloud deployment experience on Azure, AWS, or GCP
