About The Opportunity

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Dental Assistant to support dental care services in structured, outpatient clinic-based environments in Oakland. This role functions as an extension of the clinical team within a coordinated, community-focused setting serving senior populations. The Setting

We manage equipment, supplies, scheduling, billing, and logistics — allowing the care team to focus entirely on delivering high-quality patient care.

What You’ll Do

• Assist the Dentist during exams and procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
• Support patient intake and documentation
• Maintain infection control and sterilization standards
• Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team

Qualifications

• Certified/Registered Dental Assistant (California required)
• Active Radiation Certificate
• 2+ years of Dental Assisting experience preferred
• Strong understanding of OSHA & infection control
• Reliable Transportation and Valid Driver's License
• Able to lift/transport equipment (25–50 lbs)
• Must pass federal background check + drug screening
• Professional, punctual, and able to work independently
• A heart for serving seniors and underserved communities

Schedule

• 4 days per week - weekdays
• Typical hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• No nights
• No weekends
