WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you'll play an important role in helping residents maintain their comfort, dignity, safety, and independence.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility
• Monitoring and documenting vital signs and changes in resident condition
• Providing compassionate, respectful, person-centered care
• Promoting resident dignity, privacy, comfort, and independence
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Communicating resident needs and observations to nursing staff
• Working collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to support quality resident care
• Following facility policies, infection control practices, and applicable safety standards

QUALIFICATIONS

• Current Louisiana Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable approach to resident care
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team
• Commitment to maintaining resident dignity, safety, and confidentiality
