Fin & Crab is looking for a driven and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team in Charleston, SC! Responsibilities:

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring business goals are met
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to maintain high performance and morale
• Monitor and manage inventory, scheduling, and labor costs to maximize efficiency
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are upheld at all times
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new staff members
• Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Step in to manage full operations in the absence of the General Manager

Requirements:

• 2+ years of management or supervisory experience, preferably in hospitality, food & beverage, or retail
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and basic financial reporting
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding experiences
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
