About the Role:

Bliss Dental is looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk team member to be the welcoming face of our dental practice in Cottonwood Heights, UT. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a patient-focused team where your communication skills and attention to detail will make a real difference every day.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments using dental practice management software
• Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and relay messages to clinical staff
• Verify dental insurance benefits and process patient billing and co-pays
• Maintain accurate patient records and update demographic and insurance information
• Coordinate patient flow and communicate wait times to ensure a smooth office experience
• Manage office correspondence including emails, forms, and referrals

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a dental, medical, or healthcare front desk role preferred
• Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar) a plus
• Strong knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, patient-focused attitude with a professional appearance
• Proficiency in basic computer applications including Microsoft Office
