What You’ll Do

As the Front Desk Manager, you’ll be the face of our park and play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the check-in process and ensuring guests are welcomed warmly.
• Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
• Overseeing scheduling, training, and performance of front desk team members.

• Assisting with administrative tasks, including cash handling and reporting.
