A Food Service Associate is someone who thrives working in a fast paced kitchen environment while maintaining a high level awareness of food safety. They work with their teams to provide an outstanding shopping experience. Using our mission statement and unifying principles as their compass, they deliver top quality deli items by following recipes and quality controls while putting customers first.

A Food Service Associate has many job duties including but not limited to the following:

• Excel at delivering a rewarding customer experience
• Perform all tasks with the safety of Associates and customers in mind
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Complete all housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, etc.)
• Cleaning of kitchen area using Wesco Food Safety standards
• Represent the Wesco Brand to customers and Associates by embracing Wesco's Unifying Principles and Mission Statement

Must be at least 18 years of age

Have a high school diploma or GED

Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

Must be able to work in extreme cold and heat

Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

Have reliable transportation

Be able to work nights, holidays, and weekends when needed
