FOH EAST – Area Clinic Manager (RN Manager)

Location: Kansas City, Missouri

Duty Location: 601 E. 12th Street, Room G05

Region: FOH East

Schedule: Full-Time | 2,008 annual hours

Employment Status: Contingent upon contract award and final solicitation requirements

RieLes Group is developing a contingent candidate pipeline for an anticipated Federal Occupational Health (FOH) East opportunity in Kansas City, Missouri.

Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted RN license in at least one U.S. state or jurisdiction
• Master's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a closely related field
• At least 5 years of supervisory or healthcare-management experience
• Direct experience in occupational health, public health, primary care, urgent care, emergency care, or adult ambulatory care
• Current BLS and CPR/AED credentials or ability to obtain required credentials
• Ability to work at the Kansas City, MO duty location
• Experience with staffing, scheduling, clinical quality, credential monitoring, performance management, and government or regulated healthcare operations is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily clinic operations
• Supervise and schedule clinical personnel
• Coordinate staffing coverage
• Monitor credentials and readiness
• Support onboarding
• Track staffing and quality issues
• Coordinate with FOH and Riels management
