FOH EAST – Area Clinic Manager (RN Manager)

Location: St. Louis, Missouri

Duty Location: 1222 Spruce Street, Room B-408

Region: FOH East

Schedule: Full-Time | 2,008 annual hours

Employment Status: Contingent upon contract award and final solicitation requirements

Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted RN license in at least one U.S. state or jurisdiction
• Master's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a closely related field
• At least 5 years of supervisory or healthcare-management experience
• Direct, verifiable experience in occupational health, public health, primary care, urgent care, emergency care, or adult ambulatory care
• Current BLS and CPR/AED credentials or ability to obtain required credentials
• Ability to work at the St. Louis, MO duty location
• Government or regulated healthcare experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day clinical and administrative leadership
• Manage clinic operations
• Supervise clinical personnel
• Coordinate staffing and coverage
• Monitor credentials and readiness
• Support onboarding
• Track operational and quality issues
• Maintain communication with FOH and RieLes management
