  • Optimize data platforms and storage solutions to improve performance, reliability and cost efficiency.
  • Present recommendations, roadmap updates and strategic insights to business leaders and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with offshore development resources, supporting delivery, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Promote the adoption of analytics, AI and modern data practices across the organization.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to improve data and analytics capabilities.

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing decision-making.
  • Ability to identify innovation opportunities and promote continuous improvement.
  • Strong presentation and executive communication skills.
  • Curiosity and passion for emerging technologies, analytics and AI.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science or a related field or relevant experience.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, business intelligence or related disciplines.
  • Experience partnering with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver analytics solutions.
  • Experience leading or supporting enterprise data, analytics and reporting initiatives.
  • Strong proficiency in data modeling, ETL processes and SQL.
  • Hands-on experience developing or delivering enterprise data and analytics solutions using Azure Databricks and/or Microsoft Fabric.

  • Experience managing data projects and coordinating delivery across technical and business teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and develop insights that support strategic business decisions.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring, coaching or coordinating team members and delivery resources.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.

Ideally, you'll also have
