Position Summary

As a Financial Counselor I, you will assist patients and families by clearly explaining payment processes and helping provide a positive experience throughout the financial aspects of their care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in a financial, business office, or customer service environment
• 💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• At least 1 year of PC/Windows experience
• No licensure or certification required
