Field operation manager - state office - internal applicants only

Job Responsibilities ****INTERNAL ONLY**** PLEASE SUBMIT AN INTERNAL APPLICATION TO YOUR IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR This position will report to the Direct of Field Operations and be responsible for the following: Support the Director of Field Operations in addressing employee performance, productivity, conduct, and safety related concerns. In coordination with the Director of Field Operations, personnel related issues will be addressed appropriately and promptly. Work with the Director of Human Resources and Employee Relations Manager to ensure that concerns are properly investigated and recommendations are fair and consistent. In coordination with the Director of Field Operations, monitor progress towards achievement of assigned goals and objectives for each area/program and recommend action when results do not meet established expectations. Review planning documents for field office positions on an annual basis for necessary revisions/updates. Participate on the Commissioner's Senior Management team. Provide leadership and input into strategies for successful attainment of quality initiatives and WIOA Common Performance Measures. Serve as the Memorandum of Understanding and Infrastructure Funding Agreement (MOU/IFA) Manager. Facilitate and coordinate all communication regarding MOU/IFA’s and quarterly SC Works cost sharing invoices with the twelve workforce development areas around the State of South Carolina. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Field Operations and/or Chief of Staff.

Minimum and Additional Requirements Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Counseling, or Psychology and four years of rehabilitation experience. Supervisor experience with SCVRD and statewide travel required. ****INTERNAL ONLY****
