Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Take guests' orders in a professional and friendly manner.
- Utilize point-of-sale systems to process customer orders, payments, and refunds.
- Remain current on menu offerings and assist guests in making informed choices for their dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashiers and surrounding areas, complying with all health and safety regulations.
- Support inventory management by accurately recording all sales transactions and reporting any discrepancies.
- Assist with restocking service lines, maintaining the freshness of products, and supporting the overall smooth operation of the restaurant.
Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures.
- Skill in providing expectation-exceeding customer service to all guests.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with guests and co-workers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
- Available to work on weekends and holidays.
- Non-slip shoes are required for this role.
