Job Overview

We are a small but growing agency, and we’re hiring a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to help clients find the right coverage and grow with our expanding agency in Missouri City, Texas. Our agency is intentionally transitioning into a primarily commercial lines agency. Initially, this agent may focus on Personal Lines P&C, with the possibility of transitioning into a commercial lines producer. Salary Range

$35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements

• Insurance Licensing: Active Texas General Agent P&C license required
• Sales Experience: Prior sales experience preferred; insurance industry experience is a plus
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly with clients and team members
• Customer-Focused Mindset: Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional sales production
• Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and consistently meet or exceed sales goals
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in policy documentation, compliance, and recordkeeping

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Build and manage relationships with new clients
• Assess client needs and present appropriate coverage options
• Collaborate with agency leadership and team members to execute sales strategies
• Deliver a high level of service throughout the sales and onboarding process
