Family nurse practitioner

NEPA Community Health Care is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our care team in Montrose! The successful candidate will have the option to work a schedule of either four 10-hr or five 8-hr shifts. Salary negotiation will be based upon experience and credentials; Salary range opens at $130,000 for experienced professionals.

This provider performs physical exams, diagnoses and treats acute and chronic conditions, prescribes medications, orders and interprets diagnostic tests, and manages overall health and wellness. Masters of Science in Nursing Valid PA licensure as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner – Family Health Experience working with electronic medical records required 2 years of experience in outpatient setting with knowledge of FQHC program preferred
