Family law attorney

An outstanding, full-time opening has become available at a highly reputable law firm in the Baltimore, MD area for a Family Law Attorney with experience in Family Law and Divorce litigation. All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration: 3+ years of Litigation experience with heavy emphasis on Motion practice, Written Discovery, Hearings, Depositions, Pleadings, Legal Research, Settlement Negotiations, Trial preparation etc. is a MUST. Experience as 1st chair is a BIG PLUS. Experience litigating Family Law matters including Divorce proceedings, Child Custody hearings, Child Support, Annulments, Alimony, Protective Orders, Domestic Violence, Prenuptial agreements, Separations, etc. is a MUST. Juris Doctor degree and Bar admission (in MD, VA or DC) are a MUST.
