Location: Conyers, GA

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Care Level: Bedbound | Moderate to Maximum Assist

Pay: $14–$16/hr

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate, dependable Personal Care Assistant to provide hands-on support for a male client in Conyers. The client is bedbound and requires moderate to maximum assistance with personal care, daily activities, and mobility. This is a consistent weekday assignment focused on meeting the client's care needs while maintaining his safety, comfort, and dignity in his home.

Responsibilities

• Provide moderate to maximum hands-on personal care support.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Assist with repositioning, transfers, and mobility using appropriate safety procedures and equipment as needed.
• Support the client in maintaining safety, comfort, and dignity.
• Follow the established care plan and proper infection control practices.
• Observe and report changes in the client's condition, care needs, or home safety concerns.
• Complete accurate care documentation and maintain clear, timely communication with office staff.
• Provide dependable, consistent care Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience caring for bedbound clients or individuals requiring moderate to maximum assistance is preferred.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Clear TB test result dated within the past year.
• Compassion, professionalism, and reliability.
• Ability to provide hands-on personal care and follow safe caregiving procedures.
• Dependable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
