About the Role

We are looking for energetic and reliable Event Staff members to help create welcoming, organized, and engaging experiences at company events and promotional activities. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying active, and collaborating with a team. Previous experience is not essential, as training and guidance will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, preparation, and breakdown.
• Arrange promotional materials, displays, and event areas according to instructions.
• Welcome attendees and provide general event information.
• Help maintain an organized environment throughout each event.
• Support promotional activities and encourage positive attendee engagement.
• Respond to routine questions and direct requests to the appropriate team member.
• Work with colleagues to address changing needs and keep activities running smoothly.
• Help ensure event spaces remain presentable and professional.
