Event representative

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with event attendees and generate excitement around the brand
• Educate consumers on technology, computer memory (RAM), SSDs, and related products
• Communicate key features and benefits
• Drive meaningful consumer interactions and increase brand awareness
• Answer product questions and deliver a positive customer experience
• Assist with booth setup, event execution, and breakdown
• Capture event photos, interaction counts, consumer feedback, and competitor insights
• Complete post-event reporting and share key learnings
• Represent the brand professionally across a variety of events and activations

QUALIFICATIONS

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Passion for gaming, photography, technology, or PC hardware
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills
• Outgoing, approachable personality with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Comfortable working in fast-paced trade show, convention, and event environments
• Flexible availability, including weekends and multi-day events
• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods, with reasonable accommodations as needed
• Smartphone for event check-ins, photo uploads, and reporting
• Dependable, professional, and able to work independently
