Job Description

Environmental Services Assistants (EVS) are responsible for keeping our facilities clean, safe, and looking great! EVS Assistants have contact with other employees, visitors, and patients, and need to have good communication skills. They also must follow safety and infection control policies and procedures at all times. It is important that they practice confidentiality concerning patients, employees and the public at all times.

EVS Assistant Key Responsibilities

• Clean & disinfect public areas, restrooms, offices and exam rooms
• Trash & Recycling collection
• Floor care (vacuuming/extracting/sweeping/moping)
• Dusting
• Cleaning of glass
• Maintaining equipment and storage/supply areas
• Assist in other areas as requested

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $16.69 - $23/hour. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.
