Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating events from start to finish under the guidance of senior event specialists.
• Collaborate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials.
• Support the management of event logistics, including scheduling, registration, and attendee communication.
• Coordinate event set-up and tear-down to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning event management software.
