CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Game CHAnger to join our CHA Team at any of the following office locations: Albany, NY; Columbus, OH; Blue Bell, PA; or Atlanta, GA.

What You'll Do:

• Accelerate your growth through hands-on, business-critical assignments supporting a wide range of engineering projects
• Experience a unique rotational cycle across projects that provide exposure to diverse disciplines, teams, and project types across the organization
• Benefit from structured learning, mentorship, and coaching from experienced professionals across multiple sectors
• Contribute to innovative solutions that address complex challenges and deliver meaningful outcomes for clients and communities
• Collaborate with talented teams and engage in field assignments to gain practical experience in design, analysis, and implementation

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering required; Graduation date of August 2026 or December 2026 is highly preferred
• EIT certification preferred
• No prior engineering experience required—internships or cooperative learning a plus
• Familiar with engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software required
• Demonstrated adaptability, curiosity, and willingness to learn and contribute across different teams and disciplines
• Analytical approach to problem-solving and excellent communication skills
• Passion for office and field-based work assignments

Salary Range:

$68,000 - $78,000

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
