Engineer i

The Engineer I is responsible for performing basic maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel to ensure guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities remain safe and in good working condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform basic repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Assist with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas and report maintenance concerns.
• Respond to maintenance requests from hotel departments.
• Maintain tools and equipment in a safe and organized manner.
• Follow hotel safety procedures and company standards.
• Assist the Engineering team with daily maintenance tasks.

Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance experience preferred; hotel experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general repairs.
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and different shifts as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
