Job Description

Work Schedule:

Per Diem, Monday- Friday, variable hours, days/evening, you will work at UW Health Swedish American Hospital 1401 E State St.

Additional components of compensation may include:

Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
Overtime
On-call pay

Qualifications

No minimum education required.

Work Experience

Prefer active EMT-P, RN with current field and teaching experience. Preferred
At least two years field experience in Emergency Services. Required

Licenses & Certifications

Within first year of employment must attain the following certifications; Advanced Cardiac Life Support Instructor, Pediatric Advanced Life Support Instructor, Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support Instructor, Basic Life Support Instructor. Required
Basic Life Support/CPR Certification. Required
Current Illinois Paramedic licensure within the State of Illinois. Required
