Transform students' lives and add lasting value at Lincoln Tech's new campus in Rowlett. We are seeking an Education Supervisor to lead our Electrical and Electronics program. As part of our campus management team, you'll play a crucial role in helping us achieve Lincoln Tech's mission of providing superior education and training in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities for an Education Supervisor:

• Promote Lincoln Tech's mission and core values
• Maximize available resources to deliver quality results and uphold standards of excellence
• Supervise staff, monitor work processes, and conduct classroom observations
• Recruit, identify, orient, and train faculty
• Support faculty professional and personal development
• Manage faculty schedules and monitor absenteeism
• Deliver excellent student service to support satisfaction and retention
• Maintain inventory of program equipment, books, supplies, training aids, and course materials

Requirements for an Education Supervisor:

• Associate degree or equivalent education management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• 2+ years of teaching experience, preferred
• 1+ year(s) of management experience, preferred
