ProspectBlue is looking for a Dispatch/Operations Manager for a client in Richmond, VA. We’re partnering with a well-established construction services company to find a Dispatch & Operations Manager to lead its portable sanitation division.

You’d run day-to-day operations and be the main point of contact for customers, from routine service to large events.

What you’ll do:

• Take and schedule orders for delivery, pickup, and servicing
• Plan daily driver routes and work assignments
• Help customers plan for large events and long-term projects
• Provide estimates, coordinate payment, and work with billing on accurate invoicing
• Resolve service issues quickly and professionally
• Coordinate with the shop on truck maintenance and equipment availability
• Supervise and support the department team
• Build customer relationships and pursue new business
• Support roll-off dispatch as needed

What we’re looking for:

• Dispatch, scale house, construction, waste management, logistics, or trucking experience
• Event logistics experience a plus
• Strong customer service, organization, and leadership skills
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and dispatch software
