Job Summary

Seeking a Director to lead Clinical Risk Management, Patient Safety, Quality, and Infection Prevention programs within an acute care hospital.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead clinical risk and patient safety programs.
• Conduct/oversee RCA, FMEA, and clinical chart reviews.
• Oversee Infection Prevention and architectural infection-control activities.
• Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze patient safety, quality, and population health data.
• Partner with hospital leadership and clinical teams.

Must-Haves

• Recent acute care hospital risk management experience.
• CPHRM certification.
• RN license preferred/required.
• Experience with RCA, FMEA, and patient safety.
• Infection Prevention program experience.
• Architectural infection control experience.
• Healthcare cybersecurity risk experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
