At BAYADA, we believe our clients and their families deserve home health care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. As a Director, you'll have the opportunity to lead a seasoned team, strengthen community relationships, and make a lasting impact while advancing your own leadership career within one of the nation's leading home health care organizations.
At BAYADA, we invest in our people because we know they are the foundation of our success.
BAYADA offers a competitive benefits package designed to support your personal and professional well-being, including:
Provide overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for the Manchester Skilled Nursing office.
Support, coach, and develop an experienced team of clinical and operational professionals.
Ensure the delivery of exceptional client care while maintaining compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
Oversee budgeting, financial performance, recruiting, retention, and overall office operations.
Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Minimum of three years of healthcare leadership or management experience, preferably in home health care.
Skilled Nursing, Home Health, or Pediatric experience strongly preferred.
Proven success leading, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
Strong operational, financial, and business development skills.
Knowledge of applicable healthcare regulations and industry best practices.
Demonstrated record of achieving goals and successfully managing increasing levels of responsibility.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and employee engagement skills.
Ability to represent BAYADA professionally within the healthcare community.
This is a unique opportunity to join an established office with a seasoned and engaged team already in place. Rather than building from the ground up, you'll have the ability to focus on leadership, staff development, strategic growth, and community partnerships while working alongside talented professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional care.
If you're looking for a leadership role where you can make a meaningful impact, grow your career, and work for a company consistently recognized as a top workplace, we'd love to hear from you.
