Director, patient access center

HornBill has a client in search of a Director, Patient Access Center in Boston, Massachusetts (MA).

Duties Include:

• Oversee 4-7 Supervisors & 60+ employees
• Oversee the hiring, training and performance management of staff
• Establish performance standards
• Develop policies, procedures, tools and scripting
• Monitor patient satisfaction
• Define service level agreements
• Support operations
• Establish methods on revenue cycle workflows
• Lead staff meetings and facilitate meetings with management and faculty

High level management experience Healthcare experience Candidates should have the knowledge and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
