Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Director-level security experience
• Forbes luxury hotel background preferred
• Strong knowledge of safety, security, emergency response, and OSHA compliance

Responsibilities:

• Lead all hotel safety and security operations, including patrols, policies, systems, and budgets
• Oversee safety training, investigations, emergency response, and coordination with law enforcement
• Lead and develop the security team through performance management, training, and engagement
