About the Director of Operations role:

Directors have deep functional knowledge of operational, financial, people and guest performance metrics. They maintain a quality team of District Leaders in their area through recruiting, selection, training, coaching, motivating, evaluating performance, and providing direction.

Directors enjoy teaching, developing, and mentoring District Leaders and motivating their region's leaders to work together and achieve the desired goals.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college
• 5+ years multi-unit leadership experience in either a food service or retail environment with full operational responsibilities including new asset development and rebuilds
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to utilize various technology platforms to measure operational performance
