01st October, 2026 Location: Boston, MA. Salary: $150,000-$175,000 base + bonus. Benefits: Benefits and relocation assistance available. Luxury-lifestyle hospitality group seeks a Director of Operations to lead multi-concept operations, new openings, service, and financial performance.

Qualifications: Proven senior multi-concept operations leadership within luxury hospitality, private clubs, restaurants, or lifestyle concepts. Demonstrated success leading and developing General Managers and senior operating teams, with strong P&L, budgeting, labor, forecasting, and cost-control expertise. Private members club experience is highly preferred; comparable luxury, membership, residence, or VIP-driven hospitality experience may be considered. Pre-opening and major-market hospitality experience are strongly preferred, with expertise across elevated service, beverage, lounge, and nightlife operations.

Responsibilities: Lead operations across four hospitality concepts, including a new private members club, restaurant/lounge, and existing restaurant operations. Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and senior operating leaders while establishing service standards, systems, accountability, and operational consistency. Oversee P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, labor, cost controls, operational efficiency, and opportunities to improve revenue and profitability. Drive pre-opening planning, staffing, training, systems development, and member experience while partnering with culinary, beverage, events, marketing, and executive leadership.
