Position Overview:

The HR Director in Healthcare is responsible for overseeing and managing the strategic direction of human resources functions within a healthcare organization. This role focuses on ensuring that the organization attracts, develops, and retains a skilled, diverse, and compassionate workforce, while also promoting compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining a positive workplace culture. The HR Director collaborates with leadership to align HR practices with the organization's overall mission, values, and goals, particularly in providing high-quality patient care.

Education Qualifications:

Required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Certification Qualifications:

Preferred: SHRM certification preferred

Experience Qualifications:

A minimum of five years progressive experience in Human Resources, healthcare preferred. A minimum of one year of Director experience Required.

Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $91,644.80 - 137,467 per Year. Disclaimer: Pay is determined based on various factors, including education level, years of experience, relevant certifications, and specific skills related to the position. The final compensation package will be discussed with Human Resources to ensure fairness and alignment with the candidate's qualifications.
